Management trainees in TAL Apparel receive extensive exposure to sales, merchandising, and fabric and material sourcing, as well as to other corporate functions such as strategy, sustainability, and market analysis. Together with various classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional projects, and occasions to work with top management, our management trainees are completely equipped with technical knowledge and practical skills by the end of the program to immediately make an impact to the business.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for outstanding final-year undergraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. Join us if you possess the following qualities:
