Management Trainees are crucial to the future success of TAL Apparel.
Our 2-year Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare you for a fast-track career and develop you to become our future leaders. With various classroom and on-the-job training, cross-functional projects and visibility to top management, the program is designed to set up our Management Trainees for a successful career in our organization.

What We Are Looking For
Final-year undergraduates / postgraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply for the 2024 Management Trainee Program.

2024 MT Program Recruitment Timeline
At TAL, we believe in building long-term partnerships. That applies to customers, partners and definitely our own team. Therefore, every year we invest substantial management time in recruitment, just to make sure we find the right talents.
