Established over 30 years ago, the TAL Apparel ('TAL') Management Trainee (MT) Program has been nurturing fresh graduates into the future leaders of the apparel industry.

Building on this long-standing success, TAL launched the Management Executive (ME) Program in 2023, a focused 1-year journey designed to accelerate the growth of early-career professionals in the merchandising and sourcing.
